This high protein bowl of oaty goodness is a delicious blend of rolled oats, superfoods, and freeze-dried bananas, infused with non-GMO soy protein isolate to help grow and maintain muscles, boosts your metabolism and provides energy.

Soy Protein Isolate is an excellent source of protein, especially for those following a plant-based lifestyle, and for anyone wanting to reduce their dairy intake.

Unlike most plant-based proteins, soy protein is a complete protein. It contains all the essential amino acids your body cannot make on its own, and must obtain from food.

Healthy and Tasty!

Been having this with unsweetened soy milk (soaked overnight) and banana slices almost every morning for the past two months and I'm still enjoying every spoonful of it! Thanks to this I now look forward to breakfast all the time. More importantly, it provides sufficient energy for my exercises and activities.

Love this quick high protein breakfast

such a quick and tasty way to get in my protein in the mornings. Really easy to make. I usually do overnight oats. Would definitely recommend for chocolate lovers. Not too sweet as well !

CHEAP, NUTRITIOUS, DELICIOUS

Finally something healthy and delicious at the same time! Also a cheap alternative for a ready to go healthy meal that fills you! (only $1+ per serving for me!) My only constructive critism is to make per serving size 1.5x larger, that would be perfect. Currently eating 2 sachets per breakfast because I can't emphasise enough how good it is lol.

Also would be cool to make a MRE style packaging where one can just pour hot water in it to eat straight out of it. Would be perfect for outdoor camping/army/busy adults/gym goers with thermos in hand.
