PEANUT BUTTER & SALTED GULA MELAKA GRANOLA FRENCH TOAST 

Difficulty Level: 2/5 |  Prep Time: 10 Mins | Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Salted Gula Melaka Granola
  • 2/3 cup Milk (dairy or non-diary)
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Nut Butter for serving
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 slices Brioche Bread
  • Cooking Spray (Oil)

    Method: 

    • In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.

    • Preheat a griddle or frying pan over medium. Spray with canola spray oil.

    • Dip slices of bread into egg mixture, turning to coat. Let excess drip off bread, then carefully move bread on griddle and cook for about 4 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining slices of bread.
